Call for ideas for more investment in sustainable energy!

We want your ideas!

  • Do you have experience in financing projects in the areas of renewable energy and energy efficiency?
  • Have you already found yourself in the situation that your energy project has failed due to lack of funding?
  • Do you have ideas on how hurdles to financing can be overcome?

We invite you to share your ideas for new financing solutions or changes to legal framework conditions for sustainable energy projects (renewable energy, energy efficiency) with us.

Who can submit ideas?

Submissions from private parties as well as from companies and organisations are possible.

How do you benefit from taking part in this call for ideas?

We make our resources and know-how from stakeholders of the Finance Lab available to you so that you can drive your suggested solution further and in the best case, realise it.

How can you get involved?

Please use our online form. Ideally the description of your idea will contain a short explanation of the problem, a suggested solution and maybe even a concrete example/project.

All submissions that reach us by 30th November 2016 will be taken into account in the call for ideas.

What happens to my submitted idea?

Your ideas flow into the work of the Finance Lab. All submitted suggestions will be analysed by the SEFIPA project team and evaluated on the basis of:

  • Innovation
  • Potential for realisation
  • Potential impact

The three best ideas will be published on the SEFIPA homepage.

Who receives the rights to your idea?

SEFIPA is an open platform that is financed by EU funds. All ideas and products that are produced within this project are publicly available and are free to be used or developed further by all.
